How do I use Smart Notifications?

Keeping you connected and providing you the best audio and video experience is important to us. So that is why we created Smart Notifications.

We review the moderator and participants’ network, and when the network is poor or not strong enough for great video quality, we display a notification on the bottom right of the screen saying “Network quality issue detected. Click here to switch to Eco-Mode”. By clicking on the notification, you will change to Eco-Mode.

But if the network continues to be poor, a second notification will appear on the top left-hand corner of the screen with the same message, prompting you to switch to Eco-Mode again.

Finally, if the quality of the audio/video is still poor, a last notification will appear recommending that you use the “call me back” feature and continue the meeting by phone for  strong audio quality.
